Truck & Tractor is an extremely tacky, long-life adhesive/cohesive grease designed with a 70 pound Timken OK Load Rating and no drop point. It contains Teflon® and a unique blend of organic and mineral moly that provide extreme anti-wear protection far beyond that of conventional greases. The latest technologies in additives, combined with High Viscosity Index base oils, allow Truck & Tractor to give extended protection against corrosion and wear and provide extreme acid and chemical resistance.

Black Cat Severe Duty contains Teflon®, and a unique blend of mineral moly of correct size, and distribution, that provides extreme anti-wear protection far beyond that of conventional greases. The amount of mineral moly in Black Cat Severe Duty far exceeds Caterpillar’s 5% moly requirement for severe duty applications.

Black Cat Severe Duty will resist pound out, and water wash out, under extreme conditions. The latest technology in additives, combined with High Viscosity Index hydro-processed group II base oils, allow Black Cat Severe Duty to give extended protection against corrosion and wear, providing extreme acid and chemical resistance.

Black Cat Severe Duty is specially formulated to provide maximum, long lasting protection to bearings, bushings, pins, sliding surfaces, and other areas exposed to severe conditions of pounding, moisture contamination, or heavy loads

Black Cat Severe Duty provides excellent pumpability, and maximum protrction against wear in heavy loads, and is designed for use in equipment centralized lube systems such as Caterpillar 992G and 994 Loaders, and 5130 abd 5230 Shovels. 

Syn-Kote is an NLGI No. 2 grade, extremely tacky, non-melt grease formulated with synthetic base stocks and a unique synthetic polymer combined with select anti-wear and extreme pressure additives. 

Syn-Kote has excellent mechanical and shear stability, plus excellent adhesive and cohesive characteristics.

Syn-Kote resists extreme heat and will not throw out under the most severe operating conditions.

Gear Guard is a long-life adhesive/cohesive grease designed for use in enclosed gear cases requiring a semi-fluid product. 

Gear Guard's formulation has a mixed base thickener comprised of 12-Hydroxy Lithium and Calcium Complex.

Gear Guard's thickener combination combined with the latest technology in anti-wear, extreme pressure, rust and corrosion protection and high viscosity index hydro-processed group II base oils make Gear Guard an extremely sheer stable, water resistant anti-wear and EP grease. 

Gear Guard's outstanding rust and corrosion protection contained in Gear Guard makes it ideally suited for gears and bearings exposed to high moisture levels. A unique additive system makes this product particularly resistant to fretting corrosion and micro pitting.

IHTG #114 is a white buttery NLGI #2 grease. The base fluid is an extremely stable per-fluorinated polyether (PFPE ) oil with exceptional chemical resistance, exceptional heat transfer characteristics coupled with very low volatility, and  a wide temperature service range.  The thickening agent is a proprietary blend of organic and inorganic non melting lubricating solids producing very low frictional characteristics. IHTG #114 is chemically inert, oxidative stable and is nonflammable.

IHTG #114 greases are an extremely important advancement to Frontier Lubricants line of PFPE Inert lubricating greases that now extends our thermal lubricating capabilities to 700°F (400ºC) for long periods of time. 

IHTG #114 is available with ISO VG grade Polyether base fluids of 220, 460 and 680, allowing us to tailor the base fluid to meet an individual application’s RPM requirements.

Typical uses are to lubricate bvall and roller bearings, gears, screw actutors, electrical contacts, and as an assembly lube on O-Rings and other gaskets for aerospace, automotive, and industrial applications.  

IHTG 150 and IHTG 460 are white buttery NLGI #2 grease.  The base fluid is an extremely stable per-fluorinated polyether (PFPE ) oil with exceptional chemical resistance, exceptional heat transfer characteristics coupled with very low volatility, and  a wide temperature service range.  The thickening agent is micronized tetra-fluoroethylene telomere (PFTE). 

IHTG #115 is chemically inert, oxidative stable and 115 is nonflammable. 

Because IHTG 150 and IHTG 460 greases have low pour points and low starting torque, they are used in cryogenic applications.  Typical uses are to lubricate ball and roller bearings, gears, screw actuators, electrical contacts, and as an assembly lube on O-rings, and other elastomers.  At high-temperatures IHTG 150 and IHTG 460 can withstand 280ºC (536 °F) for long periods of time.

IHTG 150 and IHTG 460 greases are ideal candidates for fill-for-life applications in the uses cited above.

Clean Tech LS is a NLGI #1 or #2 Lithium complex thickened high speed bearing grease. It has excellent thermal and oxidative stability and is formulated with the highest quality Group II mineral oil. Fortified with corrosion and oxidation inhibitors, this product is excellent for lubrication and protection of high-speed electric motor bearings and other applications requiring excellent anti-wear.

The Lithium complex thickener increases apparent viscosity and imparts excellent resistance to water. It is designed to function at high speeds and in applications with high mechanical sheer. The paraffinic base fluid is coupled with a synergistic blend of antioxidants for maximum performance. This feature makes it ideal for high speed bearings operating under 350°F. The high oxidation resistance of this Group II base fluid makes Clean Tech LS ideal for long grease interval applications as well as some fill for life applications as well as high speed bearing applications.

Con-Ag Grease is a versatile bearing grease fortified with synthetic polymers, rust and corrosion inhibitors, extreme pressure agents, and oxidation inhibitors. It is designed for heavily loaded plain and moderate speed anti-friction bearings operating under generally adverse conditions. 

Con-Ag's lithium complex thickener provides a tacky, long life, cohesive grease that has a 5500 F+ drop point.

Con-Ag Grease is engineered specifically for heavily loaded pins, bushings, ball and roller bearings, and heavy duty wheel bearings operating in hostile environments up to 350°F.

IMG is a heavy duty multipurpose EP (extreme pressure) grease designed for automatic grease dispensing systems where long lubricant dispensing lines are common. IMG is designed for low or high speed plain and rolling element bearings and sliding mechanisms operating under generally difficult conditions such as found in steel mills, assembly plants, and paper corrugating plants.

Pure Guard FM Food Grade Grease is an H-1 extremely tacky, long -life, adhesive/cohesive, high temperature grease with a minimum drop point of 500 degrees F.  Pure Guard FM Grease is formulated with the most advanced additive technology on the market today.  This superior chemistry, combined with high viscosity index hydro processed group II base oils and synthetic base oils, allow Pure Guard FM Grease to give extended protection against corrosion and wear and provide extreme acid and chemical resistance.  The adhesive/cohesive properties prevent wash out and pound out in the most extreme conditions.
