Everguard EMG has specially mixed base inorganic complex synthetic grease engineered for low and high temperature applications, small to medium size, moderate to high speed anti-friction precision bearings operating under hydrodynamic conditions. Everguard EMG is specifically engineered for precision electric motors and associated drive bearings, it contains a combination of unique polar compounds and micro-fine blends of MoSo2 which dramatically lower friction leading to a significant savings in electricity.
Everguard EMG may be used for high-speed fan, turbine, electric motor bearings and associated drives. Everguard EMG is a superior automatic lubrication systems lubricant even in sub-zero temperatures. Dependent on torque availability, functional operating temperature range is from –50 °F to +350°F (-38°C to 180°C). This product has a bearing DN value of 500,000.
