Over the past four years we have run several tests to ascertain the effectiveness and benefits of our Power Mix fuel conditioner. Most of these tests have been conducted and monitored by the customers using our product. The tests have been very consistent in their results. We have seen fuel consumption reduced by at least 8%; engine oil soot levels reduced by over 10% and emission reductions of from 2 to 20% depending on constituents.
One mining company has run Power Mix fuel conditioner for the entire life of their engines, from new to over 20,000 hours.
A well respected equipment company reported that wear and carbon deposits in injectors, valves, and upper rings were some of the least they had ever seen in engines of these hours.
Power Mix fuel conditioner adds 3.33 cents per gallon to the cost of your fuel. Our customers are reporting saving a minimum of 1.25 cents per gallon over the cost of treating the fuel.
Power Mix is placed in the fuel as it is delivered on site using an automatic injection system. Frontier provides this system at no charge to our customers. The system is totally automatic and requires no attention from on site personnel or the delivery truck driver.
