Full Guard is a mineral oil lubricant designed specifically to meet the requirements of Fuller and Spicer Transmissions that specify a PMO or GL1 type lubricant.

Full Guard contains Adhesive/Cohesive additives that allow the oil to cling to the gears and bearings in the transmission, preventing dry startup.

Full Guard is formulated using high viscosity index, hydro-processed, group II base oil and an ash less additive package to prevent gumming and glazing, a common occurrence in over the road transmissions.

FRONTIER ALLSYN GEAR No. FS212 is formulated with synthetic base

stocks and fortified with select additive systems to enhance their exceptional

performance. The PAO base fluid used has outstanding oxidation and thermal

stability, naturally high viscosity index and excellent low temperature

pump ability and fluidity. The unique additive system used provides

increased oxidation stability, extreme pressure properties, and maximum protection

against wear, rust, corrosion and foaming.


FRONTIER ALLSYN GEAR No. FS212 gear lubricants are recommended

for use in all types of enclosed gearing as well as plain and rolling element

bearings. These lubricants are ideal for heavily loaded low speed gears and

bearings where boundary or elasto-hydrodynamic lubrication (EHL) conditions

exist, such as in mine hoist gear reducers. They are particularly recommended

for gearboxes which operate under excessively high temperatures where good

quality conventional oils rapidly oxidize.

FRONTIER ALLSYN GEAR No. FS212
gear lubricants may also be used in certain open gear applications, but it is recommended that Frontier Lubrication Engineers be consulted to select the most effective method of application.

 

FRONTIER ALLSYN GEAR No. FS212 gear lubricants are compatible with most seal materials, paints and plastics, including nitrile Buna N, neoprene, viton,

teflon, polyethylene, polyurethane ether, fluorocarbon, polyacrylate, polysulfide,

ALLSYN FS228 Heavy Gear Series industrial gear lubricants are formulated using synthesized hydrocarbon fluid and select additives to enhance oxidation resistance and provide maximum protection against wear, rust, corrosion and foaming.  These synthesized hydrocarbon fluids provide significantly better thermal and oxidation stability, as well as increased protection against the loss of viscosity, than do conventional mineral oils. The high inherent viscosity index of these oils provides higher viscosities and therefore greater film thickness at higher temperatures and lower viscosities for easy start-up and minimal internal friction at lower temperatures.

ALLSYN FS228 Heavy Gear Series low coefficient of friction substantially reduces power consumption and gearbox operating temperature, further prolonging the useable life of the lubricant and the equipment.

ALLSYN PG SERIES No. FS229 offer better wear protection, thermal and oxidation stability, and reduced sludge and deposit formation insure enhanced performance when compared to petroleum-based lubricants.

ALLSYN PG SERIES No. FS229 lubricants are incompatible with petroleum oils. Care should be taken to make sure the two types of fluids are not mixed.

No. FS-230

BIOGEAR OIL No. FS 230 is an environmentally responsible lubricant designed for the protection of gears and bearings in systems where high temperature and/or extreme pressure conditions exist. It is a vegetable based formulation recommended for lubricating spur, helical, bevel, and worm gear configurations. This bio based lubricant is intended for heavy-duty applications subject to heavy loading or shock loading.
