NO DUST is a vinyl acetate polymer dust control product that is designed to prevent dust in areas having heavy vehicle traffic. The recommended dosage of 4%, mixed in water, will form a mechanically high resistant elastic and waterproof coating. The crust will resist vehicle tires and remain hard without producing any dust for several weeks. It can be used to treat almost any soil or aggregate type under a wide temperature range.

Any equipment capable of spraying water can be used safely to apply the NO DUST dilution to the application site. Alkyl phenol ethoxylate surfactants are not used in NO DUST. Copolymer emulsions are noncorrosive to equipment and are safe for operators to handle.

Place 4% of the tanks volume of NO DUST in the application tank. (4 gal of No Dust per 100 gal of water). Fill the tank with water to capacity; the agitation from the hose or stand pipe used to fill the tank is sufficient to thoroughly mix NO DUST, it is not necessary to pre-dilute.

Apply one quart per square yard of this solution, let dry. One application will form a hard solid crust which will remain for several weeks. For maximum long term effect reapply a second coat.

Once NO DUST is applied topically or mixed into the soil/aggregate, the polymer molecules coalesce and crosslink, forming bonds between the soil or aggregate particles. As the water dissipates from the soil or aggregate, a durable matrix of solid mass is created.
